Over the 16 months working with the captive finance provider of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, I lead and supported a variety of projects that showcased and strengthened their brand identity through strategic and creative marketing communication.

PROJECT

To support the transport of essential goods during the pandemic, we rolled out a special finance program for our truck customers that provided delayed payments and reduced financing rates. ​

MARKETING

The program was supported with a social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram along with in-store print advertisements at dealer locations in Canada.

MERCEDES-BENZ LOYALTY PROGRAM

PROJECT

To reward loyal customers, we introduced a loyalty program in partnership with Mercedes-Benz by giving away Limited Edition watches. ​

MARKETING

The program was supported with a direct marketing mailer that was personalized and sent to each eligible customer and digital advertisements on dealership networks.

VALUED PARTNER STATEMENTS

PROJECT

As a year-end touchpoint for dealers, we crafted the annual Valued Partner Statement initiative which highlighted key marketing & sales programs provided by Daimler along with a detailed and comprehensive partnership performance report. ​

MARKETING

This initiative included a two-fold branded sleeve that accompanied the sales reports designed on Microsoft Excel.
